Jerry & Son LLC is a second generation commercial property maintenance company based out of Jordan, MN, and has been in business for 42 years. Owner John Neisen, was born and raised in Jordan and grew up in the landscaping and property maintenance industry as his father, Jerry Neisen, founded this business in 1983. After high school, John went to college at Minnesota State University, Mankato for construction management. 3 years into that program, John's dad asked him to help out with fertilizing that upcoming summer as he was looking to sell his business. They talked about John possibly taking over come fall, but Jerry ended up having a massive stroke that took out his speech and walking that spring, so John jumped in head first and started taking over with the help of some long time employees and family by his side.

4 years later, Jerry passed due to complications from his stroke, and it is now our mission to carry on his legacy and build on top of the great name he built in our community. It has been 4 years since he has passed, but everyday we keep his mission alive. We pride ourselves on customer service, retention, and quality over quantity.
